Another big workout folks! No rest between rounds means that you'll be moving consistently for 20 minutes. Be strategic about taking small breaks within each minute to make sure you don't redline. DO NOT come out too hot in the first round. Take the first round as a test to set rep goals for each movement that you can manage in a minute and then your task is to try and hold yourself to those across the next three rounds. Steady pace wins the day!
