Summer Schedule!
Hey CFQ. Every summer at the gym comes with a few small schedule changes. They are very minor, however we do sincerely apologize to the members that this affects. It is only temporary, for the summer months and will revert back when school starts in September. The Uniquely Abled class will be starting June 30. 10:15-11:00.

Wednesday Hump Day! 17062026
Happy Wednesday CFQ! We're rolling along here, crushing workouts and loving life. Your challenge for today will be to find a "HEAVY" weight that you can safely lunge 6 reps unbroken for the majority of the 15 min AMRAP. I know this means that your deadlift weight will be lighter, but that's okay! You have 15 minutes to accumulate a good amount of volume. We want you to focus 100% on moving through the deadlifts and lunges as well as you can. Proper bracing (big belly breath and ab squeeze)...

Hey CFQ. Good hustle with our longer effort for Monday. Days like Monday may not be the most exciting, but they're really good for helping us round out our fitness journey. Solid effort always wins the day. Today's a more classical 2 piece style with some push press and an EMOM with 2 movements. You'll notice that the Push Press is following a similar style to our recent back squat cycle. Increasing by 1 rep a week at 80% to build our upper body pressing strength.
