Happy hump day my friends.


We have a nice workout lined up for you today. Touching on our back squats again, just to make sure we still got it. You should still have a 1RM squat number from a while back to base these percentages off of.


Our METCON for the day is pretty straightforward. Calorie effort on a machine, overhead press with a squat and some horizontal pressing to round it out. Half of your reps are done after round 1, you're welcome.
