Monday and THE whole week ahead 22062026

CFQ. It's Monday, the start of a brand new week. We have an awesome lineup for you with great strength sessions and a few longer efforts. You're all crushing it by the way. Every time you show up, you've won the battle. Now it's just a matter of putting in a little work. You've got this.


Starting the week off with a good chunk of Upper Body Pulling. Focus on keeping your shoulders back and down to get the most out of your lats. Let your hands drift to the outside of the rower handle, again, to maximise the use of your lats and not just your biceps. CTB, if you're proficient with kipping, should involve a sizable contribution from your low body (hips, always core), as well as your lats. I know, so many lats. Remember our WIDE-GRIP pullups from last week? Possibly a good hand-width position to try for your CTB today. Provided you went with an extra hand's width and nothing too extreme =)
