Hey crew! What a week so far...
A friendly reminder that 3:30 will be open gym for the summer. We're very sorry for the inconvenience! This is quite temporary and will be back in action when school starts in the fall.
Today is PUSH PRESS, our weekly attack on the movement. Today we're going for 5 reps at 80%. Getting a good leg drive is going to very apparent now as we get into higher rep sets at this weight. Full body tension, dip, squeeze everything and drive through your heels to get that bar moving!
