Hey CFQ. Big Back Squat day today! We're upping the reps to 5 this week. The last rep on these sets is going to start getting pretty sticky. We will be lifting every 3:00 to give us a little more time on each set. Show up to the gym early, do your extra stretches/ mobility work, get your lifters on, etc so you're ready to attack the warmup and get prepped for the squats!
