Hey CFQ.

Starting the week off with a focus on SPEED. Like Friday's lunge session, the thrusters in the strength piece and push press in the metcon are meant to be done quickly, although still with a focus on quality movement. The push press should also be ideally finished unbroken (so light). Yes, even the set of 20!
