Hey crew. Today's your active recovery day for the week, unless it's your first workout of the week...in which case you may wish to do the whole kit and kaboodle instead of working mobility for 20 mins and then choosing either the strength piece or the METCON. Up to you. The OPEN GYM area is always available for you to use while the rest of the class works on their mobility.
If you're into some cardio for the day and still want to do the mobility, you can choose to do one set of station one or two. We just did wall balls on Wednesday, so you may wish to focus on Station ONE.
