We're doing some more pressing, but today is all about a vertical press with push press and wall walks to work the shoulders. Your chest and triceps will be feeling yesterday's floor press, so if you're exceptionally sore, treat today's strength and metcon as an active recovery piece so you can come back hard on Wednesday!

The pallof presses are a great exercise for core and shoulder stability. Get on it.
