Two words: "ACID BATH". The acid we're referring to here is LACTIC ACID, and this workout is designed to bring the PUMP! Your legs and lungs will be working hard here and it will be important to manage your effort in all three rounds. The goal is to build in intensity across the three rounds.
There's a nice EMOM core piece to chew through afterwards and a few accessories to help manage our hips and low back with all of the low body work we've been putting in.
