Happy Tuesday folks!
This is our HEAVY back squat session for the week. We're increasing our reps at 80% up to 4! Following up with a 6/10 interval effort with row cals, light power cleans and burpee over bar. NICE!
TIP: there's no rest between intervals today, so you're best to start transitioning back to the rower with about 10-15 seconds left. Be ready to go on the next set.
