Hey CFQ. Today's the day you get better at pull ups. Seriously. Even if you have a reliable set of 5-10 unbroken pullups in your arsenal, you CAN be more efficient with your movement, making these sets easier and less draining in the future. Listen to your coaches and pay attention/practice during the progressions. Coach says squeeze your legs and feet together throughout the kip, do it, you may just surprise yourself at how much easier it is. Focus on the small things to get better.
