Oh Boy/Girl. 24.2 repeat coming at ya! Anyone remember this one? Deadlifts aren't TOO heavy, shouldn't be a problem. 300 m row, piece of cake. 50 dubs, in my wheelhouse for sure! Put them all together for a 20 min sweat fest and the deviousness of the short rep scheme, moderate weight and quick transitions becomes quite clear.

The wise man Mark Ivey judged me on this one last year and constantly reminded me to relax my grip on the row. Sage advice folks, given that you have to hold on to the deadlift bar as well as your skipping rope handles.

After the workout we have a nice post metcon piece designed to help us cool down and open our hips. We'll be doing a fair bit of hinging on the rower as well as the deadlifts.
