Did you make it into the gym on Monday to test your 1 RM snatch? Remember, you can always try for it on Thursday after the stretch.
Today's workout is a long one, and as such the METCON takes centre stage. Shoot for 5 min or less rounds and keep your gymnastics movement broken up into short sets with short breaks. Not going to failure on the gymnastics will allow to push through the reps with better technique. Smooth is fast =)
