A bit of a different take on tomorrow's workout... Our score for the day will be a checkmark. That's right, we're looking for nothing but effort on Tuesday. Also, we'll be playing with a new movement! Reverse lunge wallballs! Very cool. Working off of the posterior chain smokeshow in our deadlift strength piece, we'll be working some unilateral posterior leg strength in the wod.
