Big day today folks. We're going to draw some numbers from our recent 1 RM snatch test for the OH Squat work. Keeping in line with our shorter sprint style workouts this week, we're going to finish the day with a classic CrossFit rep scheme 21-15-9 with a feisty little couplet of HEAVY THRUSTERS and short machine work. To be clear, you will choose ONE of the machine options, we aren't doing all three after each round.
There's some room to play here, so we'd like everyone to choose a slightly heavier weight on the thrusters and use the machine work to recover.
