Thursday Stretch Day. 31072025

Looking forward to a good stretch! We've been working the low end with a lot of intensity lately, so we'll definitely have some stretches setup to help mitigate the tension.
Keeping on top of our pulling strength cycle we have another series of Dead Stop Deadlifts to chew through. If you need a break from the posterior chain work, we have a nice 6 round couplet for you if you're more in the mood for a little sweat after the stretch.
We have our 5:30 Fitness Racing class at 5:30 as well. Come check it out! The 4:00 of shuttles could easily also be 4:00 of running outside or on the assault runner. Looks like a fun one!
