Thursday Stretch Day 09042026

Happy Active Recovery Day CFQ. Just a reminder of what this day represents to your week of working out. Most members will work out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and by Thursday their bodies and minds are ready for a break. Minds? Yup. Your CNS (Central Nervous System) also needs to rest. Anyway, so three days on, one off and then back in for Friday and Saturday, off Sunday. This is the recommended way=) So, that's why Thursday has a nice stretch and then the option to some strength or a cardio piece.


If you haven't been in for three days already and you're ready to burn the house down, you don't HAVE to stretch. You can can start right into the warmup and work through the full meal deal.
