Hey CFQ friends. We finished our Snatch, Clean and Jerk tests. We hope you all found some new numbers to work with moving forward. The weights you've lifted this week aren't throw away numbers, these are valuable tools to help you prepare for future training and are a great reference to compare where you are this week vs 2 years from now. One piece of the magic that is CrossFit is that it produces Observable, Measurable, Repeatable results. Keep track of what you do today, to really see how much you've improved over time. Put in the effort and you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish. Write this stuff down!
Having said all of that. Let's get a good stretch in on Thursday, do some active recovery (or workout hard if Thursday is your day to rock and roll) and we'll get on with this business of improving ourselves.
