Thursday STRETCH DAY 04062026

Hey CFQ.

We have a great lineup for your Thursday this week. You can work on some running, or tackle a nice barbell bench press session.

Remember, it's SO important to stretch and work on basic mobility in between your efforts in the gym. Some of the tightness/soreness that we experience through the week can be mitigated with a little self care.
