Nice accessory work today with Russian Step Ups. We've done these recently, but here's a video to refresh your memory.

You can treat the METCON as an EMOM if you'd like to, and aim to work for 0:45 or so on each movement, rest the remaining 15 sec then start the next. You can also try your best to maximize each minute for MAX reps across the board.
