Hey CFQ. Starting the week off with a strength movement we haven't tackled in a while, HEAVY reverse lunges! Carrying on our leg theme! Thank goodness we have leg day bars installed in the new gym washrooms =)
Smoke show on the dumbbells incoming! Looks to me like a suns out guns out kind of day. Hopefully we get some sun to go along with the guns. Take your time to focus on being smooth with these movements and not rush them. Your focus should be on lat engagement and keeping your hips square when snatching and cleaning. This means that you should use maximum leg drive, keeping your heels down as long as possible and squeeze your elbows in towards your side and not flared out.
