Hey hey Crew!
We have the gym all set up (mostly at least) for our first workout. It's pretty straightforward. We'll be upside down, marking up the new plywood walls with some handstand pushups. We're going to get that first scratch on the wall to get it out of the way.
TTB's to test the new rig out and some good old fashioned renegade rows, yup, that's the pushup annnnnd the two rows.
