Hey CFQ. What a week!

We're finishing with some squat speed work today. When working for speed, it's important to remain mindful of how WELL we're moving while working quickly. Don't sacrifice safe, quality movement just for the sake of going fast. The walking lunges are meant to be done with a barbell, but if you find yourself in a larger class, your coach may ask you to use DB's instead.
