Ready to get your week started? Here's a good look at the week ahead and our workout in detail for today.

The machine work in our METCON today should take you 1:00 to 1:10 MAX, so we need to choose a CAL target that gets us there or time-cap ourselves on the machine. We need to ensure at LEAST a 0:15 break before the start of the next interval. The OH SQUATS should be an unbroken effort, so weight selection will also be important. Great opportunity to practice our full snatch here on the first rep.
