Fun finish to the week folks! Even if you aren't comfortable being upside down, therefore likely not comfortable walking on your hands, we have something to get your shoulders fired up and your overhead pressing activated. There will be some drills designed to help you feel a little better about flipping your world view around. Fun stuff for sure!
