The big day is here! For those of you who have been following along with our pulling cycle, we will be re-testing our 1 Rep Max DEADLIFT today. While we expect some breakdown in form when pushing ourselves to the edge of our limit, your goal for today is to focus on bracing with as much intent as possible for each lift. We've practiced DEAD STOP Deadlifts many times over the past few weeks to help get ready for this day. 100% focus on each attempt. The METCON to follow is meant to be treated as a nice flow to follow our max effort deads. You will be cycling through a 3-station cardio AMRAP, sharing a setup with a partner or two.
