Retest Day! We've been working hard on our squatting and today's the day it all pays off. Focus on each rep 100% to lift most efficiently and safely. We'll have plenty of warmup and workout time to put our best forward here.
Next week is a transition week and we'll be working through some fun workouts with a little less intent, to give our focus a break. Next cycle starting up the following week will be focused on PRESSING. Fun stuff!
