We've had a fair bit of overhead work this week, I know, and we just did a good chunk of ring dips on Wednesday, so our chests might be a wee bit tender. If your shoulders are smoked, choose an appropriate weight for the OH Squats that allow you to work the movement without excess strain and if your chest and triceps feel overly stressed, lessen the reps on the push ups. There are many ways to accommodate how we're feeling without sacrificing a good workout. Talk to your coach!
