Hey CFQ! First off, a HUGE thanks to everyone who came out on Saturday to help out with the Buddy Up competition. As always, everyone had an amazing day full of smiles and uninhibited joy. You all help make this gym such a special place and we really do have the BEST community around. Thank you all!


We're starting the first of two transition weeks between our squat cycle that just wrapped up on Friday (with some big lifts and a few pr's to boot) and our next strength based cycle which will be focused on our upper body.


A good look at the week ahead is included here, as well some Fitness Racing training if you're interested.


A lot of gyms in the US will be doing MURPH today, but we save that special day for remembrance day, so we're going to be taking on a very MURPH-like CrossFit Benchmark workout CINDY. Today's a great day to work on some gymnastics skills! Pick an unbroken set of kipping pullups that you know you can do and try to hold on to that for each round! Be consistent and smooth with this one. There's lots of time to get your reps in today.
