Tuesday 26052026

Hey folks! How did Cindy go yesterday? There were, potentially, a lot of reps on the table for most of us as we chewed through quick rounds so today is geared towards recovery and focusing on good solid movement. We have some core stability, deadlifts, a little shoulder work and some box jumps. The heavy carries should be completed with a pair of heavy kettlebells or dumbbells.
