Happy Friday everyone.

We're going to finish the week strong with a higher volume set of deadlifts. As we build off of our new benchmark lifts, expect to see the volume go up to build some endurance.

Lots of upper body pressing in the workout. Listen to your coaches for the best way to tackle it.

1x15 @ @40%

1x12 @ @45%

1x8 @ @53%

3x6 @ @60%

Rest 1:30 - 2:00 Between Sets.
