Your 26.3 Theme and Bleeder Award Winners

Our last week's Friday Night Lights, the last for 2026, did NOT disappoint. I've never seen so much neon spandex and lycra in one place before. Great job everyone! We crushed the workout and we had an amazing time in the process.

Congratulations to Jen Rodine for somehow managing to find an article of clothing in every colour neon possible! Thank you for helping bring the NEON to life for our final FNL!

Our two "BLEEDERS" for 26.3 really did leave it all out on the floor. Abby Nice dug deep and Mr Mark Rowe, as always, managed to find that dark space and nestled right into it. Both worked incredibly hard, right up to the last second and the very last rep. Great job.

A special shout out to Hayley Morrell for her gutsy performance on Friday night as well. Always working hard in the gym, often toting a troop of little ones around at the same time.
