Wednesday HUMP DAY! 27052026

Mid-week already? We're zipping right along here.

We haven't snatched in a while, so today's Snatch balance and Overhead Squats will be a great refresher on the movement. Try to stick with a weight that you feel STRONG punching under in the snatch balance. Since we haven't been in this position much lately, this will help ensure you are working with good mechanics and build confidence with your snatch.

For the METCON.

1:00-1:15 max on the skips.

Your machine effort should be about a minute.

The burpees don't need to be fast, just ncie and smooth.

It's hard to see it in the moment, but a smooth, albeit slight slower burpee, will be faster/more efficient in the long run than trying to go too fast and taking a 10 second break after the 10 reps every round. That's 40 seconds over the course of the whole workout!
