Just like our cleans last week, we're taking on a few sets of 2 heavy power snatches.
We haven't tackled Nancy in a long time! running and OH Squats, should be a great time. The weight you choose for the OH squats should be one that you COULD do unbroken but that you may CHOOSE to break up.
