Happy Wednesday CFQ! We're rolling along here, crushing workouts and loving life.
Your challenge for today will be to find a "HEAVY" weight that you can safely lunge 6 reps unbroken for the majority of the 15 min AMRAP. I know this means that your deadlift weight will be lighter, but that's okay! You have 15 minutes to accumulate a good amount of volume. We want you to focus 100% on moving through the deadlifts and lunges as well as you can. Proper bracing (big belly breath and ab squeeze) before each rep. Do your best to control the descent of your back knee to the ground. NO pile driving your knee into the ground in an effort to move faster.
