Wednesday Happy Hump Day

Hey hey Wednesday!


Today's AMRAP style workout is a great opportunity to lift a heavier weight than you normally would (as long as you're being mindful of your technique) and or choose a more difficult option for the ring dips. The lack of the time cap pressure gives you a little freedom here.

It's a good idea to force a short break on the ring dips early on to prevent hitting a wall.


We will be finishing class with a fun, relay style piece that will challenge your core.
