Hey CFQ! We will be building to a 1 Rep Max (1 RM) Clean and Jerk today. Just like with our snatch, there will be lots of time to work through some coach led drills, a good warmup and then on to the main event. We've been doing a lot of work on our C&J, so it will be fun to watch all of the hard work pay off!
NOTE: If you did db hang cleans for Tuesday's workout, you can do db hang snatches instead for today. Everything else will look the same.
