More maintenance squats, with a tempo and a classic 21-15-9.

Make sure to choose a weight tha tallows you to work through the step-overs with good technique. Listen to your coach;). The weight on the thrusters is "light" too, so you can take it that this workout should feel sprinty. In the words of Michelle of HWPO "Low skill, High Octane". Let's get it!
