Working up to a 3 rep max shoulder press today! This is our intensity session for the week. Pretty simple goal for this session, just keep working until you find that near failure for three.
Our METCON is all about pulling. From overhead with the pullup and off of the floor with the cleans. Choose a weight on the barbell that you COULD do 5 touch and go reps with but know that you have the option today to do singles. Strict pullups are tough and today is a good day to break your sets up early into sets of 2-3.
