A few snatches and a few thrusters. What more could you ask for? Now, the thrusters are with a single kettlebell, and the prescribed weight is pretty heavy. Choose a weight for the thruster that you can confidently do for 10 with a break between each arm. Holding a kettlebell in the front rack position can be awkward, it will pull you forward and want to crush your midline (fold you in half). Bracing well with a big breath in, squeezing your abdomen and squeezing your shoulders back and down will help keep it stable during the squat and following press. Have fun with this one. A unique take on a dear old friend...the thruster!
