Happy Stretch day my friends. Hard to believe we've been in the new gym for almost 2 weeks now.
Remember, we're retesting our back squat on Friday this week. If you can't get to the gym Friday and really want to get after that 1 rep max, your coach can guide you on a good rep scheme to warmup and work up to a heavy single today instead.
If you're planning on really going for it on Friday, manage your intensity with whatever you choose to do today and save a little for tomorrow.
