Tackling a classic benchmark workout today. Annie, is my travel go to workout. All you need is a skipping rope and somewhere to do situps. Our strength piece from yesterday has our core primed for today!
The weightlifting piece will be challenging. Tough on the grip! We haven't squat cleaned in a while, so this will be FUN!
