What a Wednesday! While this may look like a great big scary workout, what it really is, is 3 x 6.5 to 7ish minute efforts at a weight that you should consider "LIGHT". Each couplet will be capped at 8:00. The three couplets are not AMRAPs, so when you finish the set rep scheme you get a break. Scale appropriately and you will have at least 2 minutes of rest after each interval. Another fun format to keep life interesting!
