Happy Hump Day everyone. Great job on ACID BATH yesterday. It's not easy holding a fast pace on all three of those machines back to back. You crushed it.


Moving on with our PULLING CYCLE work with dead stop DEADLIFTS again today. This is directly from the HWPP notes for today: "After each rep, athletes will return the bar to the

ground with control, release the tension, and then reset that tension before lifting again." This is training our bodies and minds to be better prepared to attempt a 1 rep max lift, which is when we require MAXIMUM full body tension to be strong and safe.


We're going to follow up the deads with a nice interval workout with some higher skill Gymnastics, Cardio and OH Squats. Haven't touched rope climbs in a while =)
