Hey CFQ. It's May 01 already!
Today looks like a lot of fun. Sprints, power, today is all about pushing the envelope a little bit. Trust your fitness and work hard. The 15 seconds of sprints on the bike in the strength session will give you a pretty good idea of what you can sustain for a burst at the start of every 2:00 work window in the METCON. Get after it!
