Another big one to chew through.

Helen is a classic CF Benchmark and today we're doing A LOT of Helen. Traditional "Helen" consists of three rounds of: a 400-meter run, 21 kettlebell swings (53/35), and 12 pull-ups. We will accomplish this feat in the first round of today's workout.

Pacing will be very important today, as will scaling the work wisely. Reducing the weight on the KB, the distance of the run or the difficulty/volume of the pullup will pay off big time.
