Single metcon today folks. We'll get you warmed up and then it's 24 minutes of solid effort (That part is up to you). Working in a 3:00 window doesn't afford a lot of time, so the idea is to work quickly, efficiently, get to the rower and work hard with whatever time you have left. Work through the first few amraps with fuel left in the tank, so you can find a good rhythm and then turn it up across the last few sets.
