Happy Hump Day crew.
Moving forward with our last week of this pulling cycle, we've been putting in a lot of hard work. You should be proud of your efforts! This stuff isn't easy.
We have another METCON first day today, followed by a fun team finisher.
Your snatches in the workout should feel heavy and you can do them as either singles or touch and go, it's up to you. We're doing 5 less total snatches than you would in "Isabell" (30 snatches for time @ 135/95), so if you've ever done that workout you should have an idea of what to expect in terms of the weight and volume. The snatches will get more difficult as the reps of other movements in the workout increase, so it's important to be vigilant in maintaining your best technique.
The AMRAP finisher is meant to be a fun little sprint at the end to pump up the mid-week vibes.
