Happy Hump Day, already. Holidays on Monday always mess me up.
METCON first today, and we're shaving a round to prioritize time and energy for the deadlifts!
These deadlifts will get spicy! Since we're training the deads AFTER a pretty intense conditioning piece, you will be tired. Knowing this, it's important to double down on being deliberate with each rep. Focus on each rep to make sure you're bracing well and moving with the BEST technique.
